Basically ZipForm is a necessity for all Realtor's, but this site is managed and controlled by AAR. NOT WEST USA REALTY!!!

If you are a new agent and need to sign up for a Zipform account:
You will need your NRDS # (If you do not know your NRDS click HERE to find out how to find that #)
Go To:
https://www.zipform.com/ecommerce/dues/duesorder.aspx
- Enter your NRDS #
- Enter your last name
- Click continue
From there you will be walked through the steps to finish the registration process.
